At Black Pepper, we want you to feel confident in every outfit, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
